The downstairs is where the owner lives
Upstairs tenant has her grandmothers antique furniture so if we want to move things upstairs would need to clear with her (owner is thinking she wont want us to movei it )

Board of water supply controls part of their driveway and they have an easment with them
Update after filming - Had to hold their hand a lot and took a lot of coordinating between the various tenanats. Ended up damaging one of the tenants antique Koa table when moving from the house. Exterior and downstairs (where the owners live) is more doable than the whole house
