Kel is caretaker for lower part of subdivision. Father-in-law is Robin Mizuta who lives in house across from his (A-2).
Kel and his wife Mavis have two friendly dogs at the front of the house. Exterior of house was partly filmed during Ep. 703 as part of Raine's house chase scene. Kel was very helpful in getting us into this neighborhood to film.
