Scott's pics: 9/19/2016. Hotel is controlled by a board of directors that needs to approve any filming. Rooms are fairly small. First room, 1104, is a one-bedroom with kitchenette separated from rest of the room. Probably too small to film in. Second room, 504, is a studio. Way too small to film in. Hotel also has a one-bedroom luxury suite that is a little bit larger than 1104 and a penthouse that takes up the whole 12th floor. Occupancy rates are usually pretty high.
