Two stories with roof access. 13,877 square feet of space on the ground floor with the two addresses combined. Lots of office space and a small apartment on the second floor corner on Mokauea Street side of building. Two openings on second floor that look down at three of the roll up doors. Four roll up doors, no elevators. Cars parked on Republican Street are only there because warehouse is empty at the moment. If on the roof, need to stay away from Sprint cell tower.
