Scouted by Scott 11/28/2016. Scouted for Ep. 716 "Luxury Hotel Pool." Not able to get into any condos yet, but John is working to contact owners to see if open to filming, and still waiting for board approval.
Pool deck is on 5th floor. There are two stairs to get to pool, but there are two lifts to help with equipment. Pool deck also has multiple areas for BBQ, gas burners, outside eating area, two indoor theatres, gym, & sauna.
Loading dock is accessed on Waimanu Street. John is very accommodating and wants to work with us. He has lots of connections with other condo managers and has worked 20 years in the business.
