Waiting for approval to scout offices and other areas. 

DAGS controls this building. Department of Human Services occupies. Very busy with lots of clients throughout the day. N. King Street right next to the building is loud. There is also a big AC unit on the backside of the building where the parking lot on Iwilei Road is that is also loud.
