Right off of Kuakini street, small parking lot. traffic noise could be an issue.

City and County Park. 

Access to park is limited. Access to park only from parking lot off of Kuakini. park is separated by Nuuanu stream. Bottom of park IS accessible from Waikahalulu Lane at bottom of park, which is a difficult street for trucks; curved and on a hill. Grass is sloped and would be very difficullt to get equipment to. Waikahalulu Lane leads to School Street.
