Unit 4803 is unoccupied now, but will have a tenant in April 2017. Need to see if tenant is willing to work with us. There will also be another Penthouse apartement on the 48th floor facing out toward the ocean that will be available in May. Contact Edwin Chu (Realtor) to see when we can scout.
