Has access to the alley way by two doors and roof access.
Roof access by ladder only. Has a small elevator that operates from basement to 3rd floor.
Building is under Construction will eventually be a Pizza place and communal living similar to dorms.
Basement has an office and breakroom along with a storage room.
1st floor will be the Pizza Reastraunt
2nd and 3rd floor dorms which over look alley and some city views.
